Have a Scheduled Telehealth Visit?

Please click on the box below 10 minutes prior to your scheduled visit and follow the instructions to meet with your provider.

We highly recommend using a smart phone or mobile device so it’s easier to move the camera around should the doctor ask you to.

How to enable camera and microphone access in Safari

Safari will ask you to allow Doxy.me access to your device's camera and microphone each time you sign in or refresh the page.

How to re-enable the camera and microphone on your MacBook & iMac

  1. Open Safari Preferences.

3. Go to Camera and Microphone tabs.
4. Change access to Allow .
5. Restart Safari.

Safari browser privacy settings require you allow permission for doxy.me and other sites to access your camera. You may need to manually allow doxy.me, especially if you accidentally denied permission.

You may need to go into account settings on your device and manually grant permission for Doxy.me to access your camera.

How to enable screen sharing in your macOS settings

macOS Catalina introduced new security features, and as a result you may need to update your System Preferences to allow screen sharing with Doxy.me in your browser

How to enable screen sharing

  1. Open System Preferences (cmd + space)
  2. Open Security & Privacy and scroll down to Screen Recording
  3. Make sure your preferred browser is checked, and you'll be prompted to restart the browser.
