Register for the Patient Portal Today

Follow these easy steps to register at home or on the go (Existing patients only)

Step 1

Go to our patient portal website(opens in a new tab). Click Create an Account to register for a portal account.

Step 2

Indicate you are a patient. Enter your information and follow the prompts to verify your identity.

Step 3

Create a new password and secure your account by setting up multifactor authentication.

If you have a Telehealth Appointment

Before your appointment, you'll receive a reminder by email and/or text message with a secure link to join your visit.

To join your appointment:

  1. Click the secure link in your reminder email or text.
  2. Allow access to your camera and microphone when prompted.
  3. Enter your name.
  4. Complete the quick device check.
  5. Wait in the virtual waiting room until your provider joins.

What you'll need:

  • A phone, tablet, or computer with a camera and microphone.
  • A modern web browser (no app download required).
  • A stable internet connection.

What to expect at your in-person appointment

Before your visit

  • Activate your new portal
  • Download the app (optional)
  • Complete pre-visit forms online

At check-in

  • Check-in will be completed digitally

After your visit

  • You can view your patient portal and access visit summaries, medical records, billing, secure messaging with the care team, and more
