Born and raised in Colorado, Dr. Nicole Look developed an early love for the outdoors and an active lifestyle. As a NCAA Division I athlete, she sustained several injuries that introduced her to orthopedic surgery and how musculoskeletal ailments can greatly impact quality of life.
Dr. Look attended medical school at University of Colorado School of Medicine where she was selected as a member of Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society based on academic merits. Upon completing her residency in orthopedic surgery at the University of Colorado, she pursued her advanced sub-specialized training in spine surgery at the University of Wisconsin. Throughout her higher education, much of her research was focused on analyzing human walking patterns with mathematical models, providing her with greater understanding of how painful changes to the human body can impact simple human functions. Dr. Look’s practice focuses on neck and back conditions, fractures of the upper and lower extremities, and general orthopedics.
In her free time, she enjoys landscape photography while exploring the outdoors with her husband, and is an avid swimmer, runner, and hiker.
