Profile
Kathleen (Kat) Rodenburg, PA-C is an orthopedic surgery physician assistant. Before starting work at OF+S, she worked as an orthopedic PA for 6 years in the San Francisco Bay Area in California, where she is originally from. She primarily focused on joint replacement surgery and sports medicine. During college at UC Davis, Kat found her passion to help people was overwhelming and desired to be able to help people at a higher level. This led to her becoming a physician assistant at Duke University. Kat truly enjoys caring for orthopedic patients, as they have one of the strongest desires to get better and get back to doing what they love. One of her favorite parts of being a Physician Assistant is helping patients relieve their pain as well as spending the extra time to make sure they understand the diagnosis, cause, and various treatment options.
Kat and her family recently moved to Oregon to be closer to family and to enjoy the great outdoors. In her spare time, she enjoys playing with her daughter, disc golfing, hiking, camping, and boating.
